**Your role and responsibilities**
We are looking for motivated and tech-passionate people to:
- Design and develop master data management solutions within the Stibo platform, including data modeling, business rules, workflows, and user interfaces
- Configure and customize Stibo to meet specific business requirements for various data domains (e.g., product, customer, supplier)
- Implement and manage data governance policies and procedures within the Stibo MDM environment, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Perform data analysis, profiling, and cleansing activities to identify and resolve data quality issues within the Stibo MDM system.Develop and execute data migration strategies for onboarding new data sources into the Stibo platform.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Stibo solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Stibo MDM solutions, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Stay current with the latest Stibo features, functionalities, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our MDM capabilities
**Required technical and professional expertise**
'- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex master data solutions based on Stibo, including advanced configuration for data modeling, workflows, business rules, and integration endpoints.
- Solid experience supporting technical teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Stibo environments, ensuring ongoing maintenance and performance optimization of master data processes.
- Strong understanding of master data management (MDM) principles, data governance frameworks, and the implications of architectural decisions within the Stibo platform.
- Advanced proficiency in configuring and optimizing Stibo solutions, with hands-on experience in data quality rule implementation, attribute validation, and process optimization within the platform.
- Experience with master data migration projects, particularly consolidating data from disparate sources into Stibo.
- Familiarity with Stibo security best practices, including user and group role management, granular privilege control, and audit trail analysis.
Availability to travel is an additional mandatory prerequisite.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
'- Agile mindset: ability to process changes of priorities and requests in Stibo data model adjustments and workflow configurations, taking ownership of master data quality and governance initiatives, and applying critical thinking to optimize Stibo platform usage and resolve data-related challenges.
- Experience with cloud platforms and integration tools: Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and integration platforms (e.g., Airflow, Step Functions) is beneficial for understanding how Stibo integrates with other enterprise systems and how data is orchestrated into and out of the Stibo platform.

Experience with Data Governance tools: Practical experience with data governance tools will be highly valuable for understanding and implementing data governance policies and procedures directly within or in conjunction with Stibo, ensuring master data quality, compliance, and stewardship.

Experience with a business intelligence tool (e.g., Power BI, SAP BI, Oracle OBIEE, SAS Visual Analytics/Viya): Proficiency with BI tools is useful for analyzing master data quality reports generated from Stibo, creating dashboards to monitor data health, and presenting insights derived from the master data managed within Stibo.
