My client is currently hiring a Data Engineer to join an innovative greenfield insurance initiative based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable data pipelines to support a modern data platform.
Lead data migration efforts and manage data governance activities.
Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support ongoing data transformation projects and ensure data quality across the board.
Requirements:
5+ years professional experience within Data engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (required).
Familiarity with DBT, Airflow, and AWS (preferred).
Background in building and maintaining robust data architectures.
Ability to identify and resolve complex data issues and improve data validation processes.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
