Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** The Offshore Data Engineer is responsible for building and operating standardized data pipelines that support automated evidence collection, reporting, and continuous controls monitoring—under architecture and governance set onshore. • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for cyber compliance and audit evidence • Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and logging • Support evidence automation workflows to reduce manual collection • Maintain data models, schemas, and documentation • Execute integrations based on approved designs and patterns • Support ongoing enhancements to audit traceability and lineage **Required technical and professional expertise** • 3-5 years in data engineering roles • Strong skills in Python, SQL, Pytorch, Pandas, Polars, Matplotlib, Vectors, LangChain, llama-index, MLOps, • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure or AWS) • Familiarity with data governance, versioning, and audit trails • Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps, Terraform, YAML **Preferred technical and professional experience** • 3-5 years in data engineering roles • Strong skills in Python, SQL, Pytorch, Pandas, Polars, Matplotlib, Vectors, LangChain, llama-index, MLOps, • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure or AWS) • Familiarity with data governance, versioning, and audit trails • Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps, Terraform, YAML IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
