This role is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines, ensuring seamless data movement across systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud-based ETL operations and a passion for solving data-related issues in real-time. **Required technical and professional expertise** Responsibilities · Monitor daily ETL jobs and workflows in Informatica IICS, ensuring successful execution and timely resolution of failures. · Provide L2/L3 support for data integration issues, including job failures, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies. · Analyze root causes and implement fixes or workarounds for recurring issues. · Collaborate with development teams to deploy and validate new ETL components. · Maintain and update support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. · Validate data accuracy and completeness across source and target systems. · Perform reconciliation checks and escalate anomalies to appropriate teams. · Support data governance initiatives by ensuring compliance with data handling standards. · Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and application teams to understand data flows and dependencies. · Generate operational reports and dashboards to track ETL performance and SLA adherence. · Participate in incident management and change control processes. Qualification · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. · 6+ years of experience in ETL support or data engineering roles. · Hands-on experience with Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration). · Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting. · Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and data warehousing concepts. · Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills in English. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
