Includes integration between Business Intelligence Platforms, which will allow users to toggle easily between reporting and analysis tasks. The reports can be distributed over the Web, via e-mail or through a portal or file server. Skills include: Business intelligence, Cognos, Reporting, Actuate, MicroStrategy, Dashboards, Tableau, Click, Scorecards. **Required technical and professional expertise** Contribute to identifying ways to streamline processes by recommending items for automation, re-structuring, or elimination • High level of attention to detail • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks • Proficient in Microsoft Office software • Ability to determine appropriate visualizations and create those visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ServiceNow • Familiarity with ServiceNow software and data highly desired • Basic SQL querying skills • Highly developed qualitative and quantitative skills required • Experience analyzing various situations and developing creative solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Preferred technical and professional experience** Knows Python Development Familiar with Generative AI IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
