Role: Data architect

Employment type: 12 months and extendable contract

Work location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Start date: Immediate to 30 days

Salary & benefits: Negotiable based on the expertise

Technology & skills required Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex IT architecture environments. Airline industry experience strongly desirable. Track record of delivering architecture solutions for data warehouse, big data, business intelligence, and data science initiatives. Hands-on data modelling experience; familiarity with airline data (e.g. PNR, TKT, etc.) strongly desirable. Strong practical knowledge and experience of concepts such as data lineage, data quality, data lifecycle management, reference data management, metadata management. Hands-on experience in building and managing data platforms using services like Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Synapse, and Cosmos DB, with expertise in building data pipelines and data lakes.
