Job Description A maritime client in Spring, TX is Seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to join the Digital Prototyping Team. This individual will be working on their homegrown Gen-AI Chat Bot that will is utilized by internal employees. The individual will be working alongside the Principal Data Scientist & will be responsible for using their previous experience to build and manage data pipelines in DataIku, write quality python code that meets IT standards, and develop deployable solutions that are scalable for the Gen-AI Chat Bot. Currently, the Chat Bot is pulling data from numerous sources including Azure cloud, on prem, and shared drives. It will utilize Gen-AI to continuously pull data from the web, ensuring the vessel regulations are up to date as changes being released from the government. In addition, the goal is to scale the Chat Bot's capabilities and deploy to other business areas such as Service Desk. This is a hybrid role, requiring being onsite Monday-Thursday and will pay approximately $65/hr.
