Data Engineer – IAM
Pune/Noida/Bangalore, India
As a Full Stack Data Engineer will design, develop, and deliver reliable, scalable data management (acquisition, integration, transformation) using DevOps methodologies and CUSTOMER IAM Microsoft PaaS platforms. Design and enable CUSTOMER IAM solutions and services throughout the company's customers. This role will help in understanding requirements to extract data from several sources and recommend appropriate schemas to help in gathering customer access related attributes. This role is also CUSTOMER IAM's competitive advantage to delivering business outcomes via actionable analytics, decision intelligence and help our businesses recognize value and here to shape how we deliver analytics solutions going forward.
You will be reporting to Team Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
Designs, codes and tests new data management solutions, including supporting applications and interfaces.Architects data structures to provision and enable Customer Access.Recommends methods to manage and key components include data modelling, warehousing, pipelines, and integration.Recommends effective data governance methods and enhances quality and security throughout the data lifecycle.Supports cross-functional development activity in various CUSTOMER IAM and Connected Enterprise related projects, for internal and external customersDevelops and tests infrastructure components in Cloud and Edge-level environmentsDesign scalable data architectures and data pipelinesSetup and optimize SQL and noSQL databasesProactively monitors industry trends and identifies opportunities to implement new technologiesProvides support for DevOps pipeline deployment modelLeverages containerization models and works with other engineers and architects to keep the architecture currentAssists in the support and enhancement of applications and their data needsWrites high-quality code compliant with regulationsCollaborates with business systems analysts and product owners to define data requirementsThe Essentials – You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Data management concepts and implementationsExperience with Agile development methodologies and system/process documentationExperience with server-side architectures and containerizationExperience with SAP Data Services, Azure ADF, ADLS, SQL, Tabular models, Data Bricks or other domain-specific programming languagesSolid understanding of PostgresSQL, Azure SQL, MongoDB or relevant technologyExperience on Database scripting toolsStrong familiarity with business concepts and impact of data on business processesAbility to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirementsProduce documentation of data systems, process, workflows.The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
Familiarity with open-source data management tools and domain-specific programming languages.Experience working with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear narratives and recommendations.Exposure to enterprise architecture and cross-functional collaboration in a global environment.What We Offer:
