AssociateJob Description & Summary
The Chief Data Office (CDO) team provides data governance & compliance, data quality management, and data management & enablement services. The Data Enablement Analyst will support the CDO in the delivery of services across these service pillars. This junior role provides hands-on project and operational support to the CDO’s enterprise data initiatives ensuring that data is managed, of high quality, understood and usable across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to data lifecycle management projects
Support development of training materials, user guides, and enablement resources to increase data literacy and adoption.
Assist with gathering business requirements for data improvements, tool enhancements, and process refinements.
Conduct initial reviews of data issues and escalate appropriately to data domain leads.
Support programme management and governance forums through preparation of packs, tracking actions, and updating governance registers.
Maintain and update process documentation and procedures.
Provide support to teams on data queries and data related guidance.
Promote best practices in data management and ensure adherence to global policies.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Information Management, Business or Computer Science
4 years’ experience in a data management or data related role
Exposure to data analysis, data quality or governance concepts through course work or work experience
Good understanding of data management principles and data lifecycle concepts
Awareness of data standards, data lineage concepts or business process documentation
Familiarity with data management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK) desirable.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working in high-performing teams and delivering to deadlines.
Foundational project management experience including stakeholder management, task planning, and milestone tracking.
