Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated marketing automation strategies using Microsoft Office 365 Power Automation (Marketing Operations)Develop AI-assisted content creation workflows, utilizing platforms like Copy.ai to streamline and enhance our creative processesLead process improvement initiatives, transforming bespoke solutions into scalable, repeatable workflows across our global marketing operationsArchitect and optimize our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration, API access to native systems and multilingual capabilitiesManage and analyze marketing data within our Snowflake data lake, deriving actionable insights to drive campaign performance with visualization through Power Business Intelligence.We understand that this role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or related field.Experience & SkillsSeveral years of experience in marketing or development operations or a similar technical role.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Power Automation platform.Expertise in AI-assisted content creation tools and workflow development with a proven portfolio, ideally copy.ai or similar, which moves past simple prompting to automation and enrichment to enable scalable marketing operations.Experience in process improvement and scaling operations in a global context.Solid understanding of data management principles and extensive experience with data lake systems like Snowflake.Advanced knowledge of API integrations, cybersecurity best practices as well as advanced programming portfolio with multiple language proficiency.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, highly organized with a methodical mindset, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a multilingual, multicultural, fully digital environment.Languages: Fluency in English required, additional language skills highly desired.
