The Role:

As a Business Analyst within Product Management team of Fabric & Distribution Services, you will be pivotal in analyzing and refining the services we provide to our data producers. Your role will involve collecting and documenting comprehensive requirements for the development of our platform. You will engage directly with our data producers, operational teams, and customers to ensure that our services effectively address their needs. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, architecture and product managers, to ensure our solutions align with both user expectations and the EDO strategy. Furthermore, you will lead stakeholder engagement sessions to gather insights and provide updates on product performance and development progress. The Team:

The EDO (Enterprise Data Organisation) Data and Distribution Platforms division is dedicated to developing platforms that facilitate data acquisition and onboarding while supporting cross-divisional product creation. They provide a variety of distribution channels, including warehouse-based solutions, files, and APIs tailored to different customer use cases. Furthermore, these platforms are designed to enable AI-driven distribution.

The Product Management team, which the successful candidate will join, is responsible for the fabric and data distribution services that enable our producers to share, curate, and distribute their data assets. This team values collaboration, innovation, and a global mindset, ensuring our solutions meet the dynamic needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do:

Analyze and refine services provided to data producers to ensure they meet user needs and align with EDO strategy.Collect and document comprehensive requirements for platform development, ensuring clarity and precision.Engage directly with data producers, operational teams, and customers to gather insights and feedback.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, architecture, and product managers, to ensure solutions align with user expectations.Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to provide updates on product performance and development progress.Convert complex requirements into actionable insights, driving the advancement of our data offerings.Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Gather insights about issues that need resolving, prioritizing them based on impact and urgency.Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories, facilitating clear communication between stakeholders.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.Ensure that requirements are tied to real business needs, providing value and relevance to the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with APIs is essential.Keen interest in learning about agentic AI.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications in business analysis or related fields.Hands-on experience with UI design and user journey analysis.Degree or coursework in business information systems, economics, or finance.Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly.
