Data Coordinator
Job Title: Clinical Data Coordinator
Job Description

Join our dynamic team focused on advancing clinical research by efficiently managing data related to specific disease groups. As a Clinical Data Coordinator, you will be integral in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our research projects.

ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter, upload, and query clinical data.Prepare for audits and coordinate monitor visits.Collaborate with the team including data, clinical, and regulatory coordinators, and a nurse.Provide support work as needed to facilitate research activities.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry and management.Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably EPIC.One year of experience with clinical data collection and inputting.Ability to resolve data queries and prepare for audits.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Flexibility with changing priorities.Additional Skills & QualificationsCertification from SOCRA or ACRP is advantageous.Experience in clinical research and oncology is a plus.Work Environment

You will work in a collaborative team environment, divided by disease groups, including data, clinical, and regulatory coordinators, and a nurse. The role requires onsite presence three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for two days. Days at home can vary but must accommodate team meetings and monitor visits. Opportunities for growth and advancement within the data path or other teams are available, especially as the organization expands its research capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
