Job Description The FM Business will transition to a new FM system requiring migration of all existing sites and will require data organizing and configuration middleware and once in the system, additional configuration for that site to operate it’s business in the new system will be required that this position will conduct at the direction of the team manager. Skills and Requirements  Support the migration of data from legacy Maximo to the new SF Field Service utilizing tools provided 30  Configure new system for each site for all modules to be utilized including ongoing adjustments as needed through stabilization aligned to the deployment project plan 30  Support business segments with utilization of the DCT (Data Collection Tool) for new deployment site inventory and processed through into the Salesforce system 10  Serve as Salesforce expert in the configuration, and utilization within the FM Services environment. 30 • Salesforce Field Service knowledge and general CMMS functionality alongside extensive experience in FM service delivery to client’s facilities, asset management, service hierarchy, and maintenance standards • Ability to serve as system configuration expert in Salesforce Field Service team member alongside project managers, trainers, and data experts, utilizing prescribed processes and tools ensuring each deployment has a properly configured system. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
