Data Clinical Outcomes Research Analyst

Job description:
responsible for analyzing & responding to queries raised by clients who purchase one or more of IQVIA’s syndicated prescription and/or sales data offerings (e.g. NPA, Xponent, DDD, NSP, WSP etc.). The candidate will also be responsible for completing & presenting complex data analysis/validation to internal key decision makers & external clients, leveraging their experience to provide custom data solutions.
Essential Functions
• Development and management of the guidelines/recommendations module in COAA
• Receives and responds to client request
• Lead production project and attend projects’ meeting if needed
• Follow the process for data addition
• Propose improvements on production process
• Provides formal and written communications both internally and externally regarding issue status and resolution
• Verifies data for accuracy and completeness
• May manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses
• Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures or to resolve routine issues
• May work on additional reports or tools creation to develop the COAA platform
• Propsoe training sessions to the team if needed and work as an onboarding buddy for new joiners
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Economics, Life Sciences, or related field(s) Req
• At least 4 year’s experience in COAs with 2 year's experience with data analysis Req
• Experience using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access) Req
• Basic knowledge on database management Req
