**POSITION SUMMARY**
Accurately transcribing, inputting, updating, and verifying information from various sources, such as paper documents and digital forms, into computer databases and spreadsheets. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, managing digital and physical files, and ensuring data integrity. This role requires strong computer skills, a high degree of accuracy, excellent typing speed, and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Running databases and presenting information to the team, help making decisions in the group. Able to do safety training, general purchasing and help with basic HR items.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.**
+ Responsible for the main door entrance and visitors.
+ Sort and forward incoming mail and emails and prepare and send outgoing mail.
+ Send temporary new hire information.
+ Coordinate new hires, including ID badges, car permits and initial training.
+ Coordinate CBP K9 training sessions.
+ Purchasing packaging and office supplies.
+ Communicate with employees and respond to queries.
+ Maintain filing cabinets, daily reports and workload database.
+ Organize and maintain seals.
+ Operate office equipment.
+ Coordinate activities and disseminate information to all employees in the building.
+ Primary contact for security and safety activities and projects.
+ Other related activities as applicable.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
1. Minimal education high school diploma and three (3) years in distribution experience will be considered.
2. Experience in purchasing and coordinating events.
3. Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, able to work well under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple initiatives, detail oriented.
4. Ability to maintain composure during high-stress situations and maintain focus on ultimate objectives
5. Excellent planning/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands
6. Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds
7. Strong interpersonal skills, including listening and offering positive and constructive feedback
**Pay Details:** $15.50 per hour
