What Your Day May Look Like

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on assigned shifts.Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises in various weather conditions.Conduct incident investigations, write detailed reports, and escalate issues as needed.Schedule shifts, assign duties, and manage time-off requests for security staff.Train and mentor new security officers.Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and equipment usage.Ensure proper use and maintenance of security equipment.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.Must have proven experience in a security role with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.Strong computer / technology skills needed.Customer service background preferred.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
