**Description and Requirements**
We are looking for a Data Center Services Insight Analyst who will be responsiblefor generatingActionable Insight to drive the GlobalProductServices(GPS hereafter)data-center businessincluding the followingfunctions:
+ **Actionable Insight Generation** : Driving strategic decisions through data analysis.
+ **Forecasting Standardization** : Creating unified practices across global teams.
+ **Governance & Adoption** : Ensuring consistency and accountability in execution.
+ **Sales Pla** **nning Enablement** :Supporting scalable andaccurateplanning processes.
**Current** **Role Responsibilities**
**Global Deal Insight Leadership**
+ Lead monthly GPS calls with each Geography(Mx), focusing on high-impact deals.
+ Analyze Point of Sale (POS) and Post Warranty (PW) penetration trends andidentifykey influencers.
+ Ensure insights are embedded in Geo cadences, GPS Insight Calls, ISG MBR, and ISG POR.
+ Expand insight-sharing processes to ISG Geos via ISG Geo Sales Ops in FY25–26.
**Forecasting & Accuracy Tracking**
+ Monitor GPS forecasting accuracy, including Hybrid Cloud Services (HCS).
**Executive Reporting & Content Management**
+ Refresh andconsolidatemonthly MBR sides for GPS and Sustainability.
+ Deliver executive-ready content with precision and strategic clarity.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ SupportPWBMS bi-weekly updates with PW deal insights for each GEO.
+ Provide QTD POS Penetration Rate (P-R), Attach Rate (A-R), and top Premier account insightsintothe bi-monthly Premier Interlock.
Candidate will, within6 months of starting the role,crosspollinatecurrent responsibilities into theData Centerforecasting, ensuringthatthe‘upstream’hardwareprocess and KPImonitoring are integrated and alignedwith our Services forecasting processes andKPImonitoring.The resultis to generate betterand faster actionable insights to run theGPSbusiness.
**Professional** **Experience:**
+ Minimum 3 years in global sales operations or product/service programs within multinational tech or IT services.
+ Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal-level analytics.
+ Skilled in preparing and presenting executive reports for senior leadership.
+ Collaborated with cross-functional and global teams including sales, finance, and product groups.
+ Familiar with ERP/CRM tools like D365 for forecasting and reporting.
**Capabilities:**
+ Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights highlighting trends.
+ Experienced in designing standardized processes and reporting frameworks across regions.
+ Proficient in managing large datasets tomonitorperformance globally.
**Skills:**
+ Advanced analytical skills with Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
+ Effective project management to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
+ Self-motivated with attention to detail ensuring report accuracy.
+ Solid understanding of sales operations terminology and best practices.

**Valid for Slovakia only:** Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
