A dynamic and experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and oversee data center projects across the APAC region for our Global Accounts portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and replication of complex infrastructure projects, while maintaining alignment with global standards and customer expectations. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including commercial teams, project execution units, and service delivery teams—to drive seamless transitions and ensure consistent delivery of domain expertise across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-country data center initiatives. A. Lead end-to-end program management for data center projects across APAC, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. B. Act as the primary liaison between global account stakeholders and regional execution teams. C. Facilitate knowledge transfer and replication of best practices across countries and teams. D. Coordinate with commercial teams to align project scope with client expectations and contractual obligations. E. Oversee project execution and service delivery to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. F. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success. G. Drive continuous improvement and standardization across regional deployments. H. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System: a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS f.
