You will partner with the local/regional facility managers, plant engineers, design, project controls, delivery and commissioning teams, to develop solutions. You will manage schedules, budgets and inter-dependencies, all while maintaining industry leading Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and Quality standards. You will have excellent communication, collaborative and organisational skills, with the ability to self-direct. You will manage a team and hence leadership skills are required.The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers. **Responsibilities** + Drive the development of localized designs leveraged from programmatic design, supporting procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout and hand-off to the Operations Team while meeting safety, cost, schedule and quality goals and established customer requirements. + Establish and maintain delivery models and global relationships with multiple vendors, measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics. + Develop growth plans and lead talent recruitment initiatives, delivering onboarding programs to ensure the success of newly-added team members. + Lead the identification, selection and onboarding of new regional contractors and vendors to increase the current bench. + Resolve issues that affect project delivery through proactive problem-solving engagement with partners.
