How you’ll make an impact You design, implement, and optimize ITIL governed data center networks which include but are not limited to switches, routers, load balancers and proxy serversYou work on projects & proof of concepts (PoC) as assigned by the team leadYou configure and maintain the network infrastructure (different configuration tasks, software updates, hardening as per security regulations, etc.)You automate the provisioning of the network services and actively look for improvements in your own network responsibility area while ensuring the compliance with the company security standards and policiesYou troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of reported problems as well as proactively monitor the network infrastructureYou develop new and maintain the existing documentation (network diagrams, job-aids, and procedures, CMDB)You support the on-call duty (by rotation)Your success is grounded inEducationYou have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably in Computer Science, Cisco network certifications are a plusExperience & SkillsAdditionally, you have several years of working experience in complex network infrastructure management, design, implementation, and optimizationYou are an expert in Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and Cisco Nexus based data center networksYou bring advanced knowledge in Phyton or equivalent scripting languageProxy & Load balancers, as well as Virtualization & Cloud technologies - are familiar territory for youYou bring advanced analytical skills and ability to work independently as well as within a teamLanguagesYou bring very good German and English skillsYou are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
