As a Data Centers Logistics Supervisor , you will:
Data Centers Logistics Supervisor
o The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for oversight and management of designated Data Center operations and related systems information.
o This position requires shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control experience and necessitates a highly motivated individual with strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities may include:
o Train, develop, and evaluate professional services personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the logistics function.
o Be point of contact for multiple areas including sites services and logistics.
o Implement logistics plans and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs.
o Interaction with upper management, individual contributors and support level employees seamlessly integrating their contract workforce to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
o Deliver constructive feedback to individual contributors.
o Develop and implement action plans for sustained change.
What we’re looking for:
o Strong communication and organizational skills
o 3-5 years in a logistics management position
o Strong organizational skills
o Previous success in implementing safety and efficiency standards
o Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
o Willingness to adapt to meet the needs of stake holders
o Experience training others
o Data Center experience preferred
This is a Full Time, Contract opportunity.
Location: Garland, TX 75042- Onsite
Duration: Full Time Contract
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $30-$35 Per hour.
