			Position’s General Duties and Tasks
Conduct secondary research across IT, BPS, and analytics domains using industry databases (e.g., Gartner, IDC, Everest Group, HfS, Statista). Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to generate actionable insights for leadership and sales teams. Develop marketing and sales collaterals such as pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content. Support leadership in go-to-market (GTM) strategies, account insights, and strategic presentations. Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals, customize offerings, and articulate value propositions. Create compelling, data-driven stories and PowerPoint presentations to support internal and external communication. Work cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, and sales teams to enable business growth through research-backed insights.
