Job Description We are seeking an Data Associate to join the Reporting & Analytics team in the New York office. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, developing high-quality dashboards and reports, and delivering actionable insights that support business decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business requirements into effective data solutions, while maintaining a strong focus on data quality and consistency. This role resides within the Business Management team and will partner closely with the COO and investment banking teams. Skills and Requirements - 3-5 years of experience with Data reporting and analytics within a corporate structure - Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using Power BI and Tableau - Advanced Excel skills with querying utilizing SQL, Python or R - Experience cleansing and transforming data from salesforce & snowflake to enhance reporting and visualization - Ability to create relationships with executives while delivering key insights for the business - Experience ensuring data quality by integrity and accuracy while validating outputs and quality checks
