WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 


This full-time hybrid role is based in the Pricing Center of Expertise (CoE) within our Bain Capability Network. The Pricing CoE works closely with Bain case teams globally to provide specialized support in data analysis, pricing strategies, and marketing analytics. The team leverages advanced tools and techniques to deliver actionable insights, ensuring Bain’s clients achieve their goals effectively.

  

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM 


As an Associate:

You will be an integral part of the team, bringing specialized knowledge to pricing product(s) in development and generating insight for pricing-related IP/tools, as well as helping in end-client deliveryYou would work under the guidance of the Pricing CoE Project Leader or Manager, playing a key role in driving the team’s overall output while developing products or serving clients by preparing presentations, data analysis, and other initiativesYou are expected to oversee and train a team of CoE Analysts across the above efforts and develop the next set of specialistsYou will be 100% staffed on a specific project at a time

  

WHAT YOU’LL DO


Core Responsibilities and Duties:

Take responsibility for assigned work streams and ensure zero-defect analysis. Effectively understand and execute the workplan, applying the best-suited analytical tools like Alteryx and TableauBrainstorm with the Project Leader on various aspects of project or IP work which range across scope definition, data cleaning, explorations, solution designing, and insightsHelp in driving conversations through analytics, including but not limited to:Building dashboardsDriving insights through data analysisStory-lining the deliverable to prove/disprove hypothesesDelivering clear and professional presentationsHelp in coaching Analysts and supporting CoE operations such as training

 

ABOUT YOU


Required:

Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience, or a Master’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting, ideally with exposure to pricing or marketing analyticsStrong technical, analytical, communication, and collaboration skillsMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.Solid understanding of data analytics techniques and the ability to structure and interpret data-driven insightsHigh proficiency in spoken and written EnglishDemonstrated ability and enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologiesAbility to do external research and customer interviews


Nice to Have:

Proficiency and experience in analytical tools (such as Alteryx, Tableau) will be preferredPrior experience in consulting / analytics world is desirable
