This role is responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects and programs. Will ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices

Essential Functions:

Create, track and report on project timelinesManage project budgets and approval of invoicesProduce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings. May be assigned responsibility for sub-projects or specific components of the project or programMay participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentationsCoordinate with other project resources within and outside the organization.Provide input into project proposals and RFPs.Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics.Serve as a backup contact for internal Project Managers.Identify and negotiate out of scope project workResponsibility for financial reporting on the project including tracking deliverables and invoicingMeet with team members on a regular basis regarding project tasks to ensure project milestones are met.Partner with other Project Managers and DaaS team members to develop and implement process improvementsFacilitate internal and external client interactions.

Bachelor's Degree Req3 plus years of related experience Req OrEquivalent combination of education, training and experience ReqStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metricsGood teamwork skillsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsAptitude to understand technical concepts and data flowsAbility to work under limited directionAbility to manage multiple client projects at one time.Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applicationsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clientsAWS cloud processing experience.Experience working with database platforms like (snowflake, data bricks, and redshift)5-10% travel requirement

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $58,300.00 - $145,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
