You’ll be supported every step of the way with comprehensive training in cutting-edge technologies including Azure, Databricks and to enable you to grow into a Data Architect.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and evolve enterprise-wide data models across key domains like Product, Customer, Supply, Finance, and LocationApply Kimball dimensional modelling for consumption layer design and Data Vault methodology for raw and business layer integrationDefine and maintain data architecture principles, patterns, and standardsCollaborate with data platform teams on governance, quality, lineage, and optimisationConsult with squads on physical data modellingContribute to metadata and data catalog initiatives to improve discoverability and reuseSupport our shift to a Data Product Ownership model, enabling domain-aligned teamsCore Skills & ExperienceExperience in architecture in a complex organisationExpertise in Kimball and Data Vault 2.0 methodologiesData modelling, metadata, and governance knowledgeAbility to define and drive architecture principles, patterns, and best practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsRetail industry experience is a bonus but not a deal breaker
