Kforce has a client in need of a Data Architect in Boston, MA. Responsibilities: * Responsible for providing technical knowledge and expertise related to the ETL process * Coordinate with legacy system software owners to extract data from legacy systems * Lead the data mapping activities from the legacy systems to Workday with support from staff functional leads and Subject Matter Experts Lead data pre- and post- validation activities * Conduct Lessons Learned, create/maintain clear ETL and validation processes * Review and analyze data sets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards * Collaborate with IT and data management teams to resolve identified issues * Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards * Audit data and files, document findings, prepare reports with recommendations as appropriate, and monitor implementation of corrective actions
