Outsourcing is not just a method of gaining a one-time cost advantage, but an effective strategy for gaining and maintaining competitive advantages when executed as part of an overall sourcing strategy NTT DATA currently seeks a Data Architect to join our team in remote places in the US. **Job Description:** The Data Architect works in all data environments which includes data design, database architecture, metadata and repository creation. The Data Architect work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. **Job Responsibility** : + Developing blueprints for all data repositories, evaluating hardware and software platforms, and integrating systems. + Translates business needs into long-term data architecture solutions. + Defines, designs and builds dimensional database schemas. + Evaluates reusability of current data for separate analyses. + Conducts data sheering to rid the system of old, unused or duplicate data. + Reviews object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access. + Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. + Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. + Follows established guidelines/procedures. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field + 5 years of technical experience + Operational Data Integration for real-time APIs Big Data Integration & Analytics + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences + 2 years of experience with DataBricks, Snowflake, SQL, ERM (entity relationship modeling), lineage, PowerBI **Preferred Qualifications** Master's Degree **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovators of business and technology services. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (59.00). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
