Kforce has a client in need of a Data Applications Specialist in Commerce, CA. Responsibilities: * Provide technical support in person, by phone, and electronically; Assist peers with complex issue resolution * Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system, software, and workflow issues for internal and external users * Manage support tickets across teams using the internal tracking system * Deliver professional end-user support, applying logical problem-solving to complex workflows * Maintain and standardize documentation, forms, system designs, integrations, and procedures * Perform daily diagnostics and ensure system availability through issue triage and resolution * Coordinate infrastructure changes with IT, adhering to change management protocols * Lead assigned projects with guided project management * Validate new system integrations, builds, workflows, and manage production incidents * Create and maintain system and workflow documentation * Drive system and workflow improvements through analysis, design, development, and testing * Perform additional duties as assigned
