As part of the Mondelēz International Digital Services division, you have responsibility for a specific discipline that may include partnering with leaders in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc. You lead a team that delivers best-in-class service and value creation to their clients and that strives for operational excellence at all times.

How you will contribute

You will work with others to offer suggestions to enhance the experience direction global process workstreams for experiences, develop action plans to ensure that minimum operating standards are met, and work with other leads to attain and maintain operational excellence and continuous improvement to ensure customer-focused delivery of services. In addition, you will ensure value delivery by using performance metrics and analysis.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Alignment & Value Delivery: 

Align data analytics initiatives with core business objectives to ensure they support organizational goals. 

Regularly communicate with stakeholders to identify areas where analytics can drive measurable business improvements. 

Data Culture Promotion: 

Develop and lead initiatives to enhance data literacy across the organization, ensuring teams are comfortable using data insights. 

Organize workshops or training sessions to build a strong data-driven mindset. 

Requirement Gathering and Translation: 

Facilitate workshops with business units to gather detailed requirements for data analytics projects. 

Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for the analytics team. 

Global and Local Coordination: 

Coordinate with regional and global analytics teams to ensure consistency and alignment in data practices. 

Adapt global best practices to the local market needs in Mexico, ensuring solutions are relevant locally. 

Vendor Management and Delivery: 

Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they deliver on time and within budget. 

Evaluate vendor proposals to secure the best return on investment and ensure alignment with company standards. 

Data Governance Implementation: 

Lead the implementation of data governance frameworks within SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring data quality and compliance. 

Establish processes for data cataloging, lineage tracking, and access management to maintain robust data governance. 

Continuous Improvement and Leadership: 

Lead a team of data analysts or BI developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. 

Regularly review and refine data processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
