Skills and Requirements - 8+ years of project management experience, delivering complex technology or data‑driven initiatives - Proven experience managing Data and AI projects, including enterprise AI or Copilot implementations - Strong background in data governance and data management within large or regulated environments - PMP certification (or relevant experience) with demonstrated use of formal project management methodologies - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in matrixed organizations - Experience with the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot) - Exposure to AI adoption, responsible AI frameworks, or model lifecycle management
