Job Overview/Summary:

TheSenior Data Analytics Officer is the country program’s power‑userand focal point for Integra, the IRC’s enterprise‑resource‑planning (ERP)platform. Reporting to the Operations Senior Coordinator, the postholderensures seamless ERP operations, leads business‑intelligence (BI) reporting,and drives data‑quality improvements that inform strategic decision‑makingacross Supply Chain, Programme’s, Finance and MEAL. The role blends hands‑onuser support with the design of intuitive dashboards and knowledge‑sharinginitiatives that raise overall data literacy in the mission.

Responsibilities
Area Key Duties & Deliverables
1. Business‑Intelligence & Reporting • Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards (Power BI / Excel) that visualize key operational and programmatic indicators.
• Produce regular insight packs for Senior Management, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Provide ad‑hoc analytical support—e.g., spend analysis, vendor performance, stock ageing—at the request of SM or department heads.
2. ERP Ownership & Support • Serve as country Integra focal point, providing first‑line functional support and coordinating escalations with the HQ ERP team.
• Maintain a structured log of system issues and enhancement requests, track progress to closure.
• Manage user profiles, approvals and delegations in line with organizational changes.
• Liaise with Operations, Finance and Program leads to ensure ERP workflows remain fit‑for‑purpose.
3. Training, Onboarding & Knowledge‑Sharing • Embed ERP and BI orientation into all staff inductions; deliver refresher sessions and thematic clinics as needed.
• Curate concise user guides, video snippets and FAQs to build a sustainable knowledge base.
• Facilitate a cross‑department “Data & Systems Community of Practice,” encouraging peer learning and surfacing improvement ideas.
4. Data Governance & Continuous Improvement • Lead periodic data‑quality reviews; coordinate with data owners to correct anomalies and strengthen controls.
• Monitor software releases and coordinate local testing and roll‑outs.
• Document end‑to‑end data flows between Integra and peripheral tools; advise on process simplification and automation.
5. Program Support functions Support Program personnel with ERP related operational tasks (e.g. raising PR’s);
Onboard and train designated Program personnel on use of ERP/Power BI functions.
6. Other • Support the Operations Senior Coordinator on digital‑transformation and KPI‑framework initiatives.
• Uphold IRC data‑protection and confidentiality standards.
• Perform any other duties that are consistent with the role and organizational needs.

Reports to: Operations Senior Coordinator
Directly collaborates with: Finance, Supply‑Chain, HR,MEAL & Program Managers; HQ Integra Team
External contacts: Software vendors /consultants as approved


Job Requirements:
Education:
Degree of Bachelor of Information Technology or similar

WorkExperience:
At least three years of prior professional experience in a similar post (ERP Experience is a requirement)

Working experience of Microsoft PowerBI is a requirement

Language Skills: 
Fluency in Ukrainian; strong working English required.
