Lead or participate in the design and delivery of data analytics projectsAnalyze complex business questions using internal and external dataIdentify trends and patterns to support recommendationsConstruct impact assessments and create report specificationsProvide consultation and lead cross-functional teamsProduce datasets and reports using IQVIA toolsManipulate and transform data to optimize analysesPerform audits to ensure quality and complianceSupport inquiry resolution, data validation, and trend analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fieldsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQLStrong analytical and project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively across departmentsUnderstanding of business processes, tools, and industry trends

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $74,100.00 - $185,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
