About the role:
We are seeking an Analyst who excels at analytical problem‑solving, possesses strong technical expertise in data and data systems, and thrives as a collaborative team player. This role will be a key contributor within our growing team, with primary responsibility for owning end‑to‑end analytical deliverables, creating impactful Power BI dashboards, and generating insights that illuminate Gartner product performance and customer engagement trends that influence retention.
The Analyst will work across a range of initiatives—defining data requirements, extracting and validating data from the warehouse with a solid understanding of Gartner’s data ecosystem, analysing performance and efficiency metrics, developing actionable recommendations and use cases, visualizing findings, and scaling outputs through automated reporting and dashboards.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards that deliver descriptive and predictive insights for product performance and strategic decision-making.Ingest data from Cloud Platforms, writing complex SQL queries to combine datasets that are relevant to the business casePerform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.Apply statistical techniques and predictive modelling to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and provide data-driven recommendations.Champion the use of Gen-AI tools for automating insights generation, enhancing reporting efficiency, and enabling advanced analytics capabilities.Lead end-to-end analytics delivery—from requirements gathering to solution design, development, and stakeholder communication.Deliver clear, compelling reports and presentations to senior leaders, influencing decisions with evidence-based insights.Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering clear, actionable recommendations through compelling presentations and storytelling.Mentor and guide team, ensuring best practices in data visualization, statistical analysis, and automation.What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with at least 1 year as a Senior Data Analyst, preferably within Product Management or Business Analytics domains.Proven expertise in Power BI for building complex dashboards and managing enterprise-level reporting solutions.Strong foundation in statistics, advanced analytics techniques and insights generation.Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databasesExposure to Python/R for statistical and predictive analytics is preferredPractical experience with Gen-AI tools for analytics insights generation and automationExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into strategic recommendations and drive measurable business impact.Experience in leading projects and mentoring team members.Ability to manage end-to-end analytics lifecycle—from requirements gathering to solution delivery.Strong problem-solving mindset with experience in converting complex data into actionable strategies.Preferred Qualifications
