What will we do together? 

Lead an 8-person analytics team, managing day-to-day operations and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture,Drive data optimization projects that improve business processes and create measurable impact across multiple clients,Take ownership of the final phase of the data ticketing system, ensuring smooth completion and adoption,Audit existing processes, identify gaps, and implement new tools and solutions to enhance efficiency,Build strong relationships with stakeholders, internal teams, and operational partners to ensure alignment and trust,Monitor team performance and support individual growth through coaching, feedback, and development plans,Collaborate across IT, operational, and value creation teams to deliver robust analytics solutions,Champion innovation and continuous improvement, bringing new ideas and technologies to the team and organization.

Who are we looking for? 

Bring at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role; logistics experience is a plus,Communicate fluently in English and engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders,Lead teams and projects successfully, delivering results on time and with impact,Apply strong analytical and technical skills, including SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, Python and data modeling,Map, analyze, and improve business processes to drive efficiency and value,Explore new technologies with curiosity and an open mindset,Collaborate confidently with multiple stakeholders and clients across functions.
