Join ASML’s Internal Logistics team and contribute to optimizing the final steps of our machine delivery process. This team ensures that materials are available, waste is removed, and logistics administration is handled efficiently. Both for incoming and outgoing logistic streams. As part of the Global Manufacturing EUV Planning, Logistics & Facilities organization, you’ll work closely with subject matter experts who operate directly at customer sites. This internship offers a unique opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to our logistics processes and help improve operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for mapping, measuring, and optimizing logistics processes within our department. Each year, we assess process performance to identify areas for improvement, and your insights will be key to driving change. You’ll conduct time studies on the shop floor, analyze data, and challenge the status quo with fresh ideas. Models and resources will be provided, and your findings will be taken seriously and potentially implemented into our operations.
To be a fit for this assignment, you:
Are a Bachelor or Master student in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related fieldHave strong analytical skills and affinity with data analysisAre accurate and detail-orientedHave experience with Excel or Spotfire (nice to have)Bring a fresh perspective and are not previously employed in this departmentThis is a (thesis) internship for a minimum of 4 months, 4–5 days per week (minimum 3 days on-site). Start date: February 2026. Thesis projects are welcome. You will receive full guidance and support throughout your internship.

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
