Data Analytics Insights Supervisor, Animal Health

We've pioneered many game-changers in the veterinary medicine, and we're looking to our customers' needs to guide us into the future. **Accountabilities:** -Propose on the key areas for data analytics and insights, select the most impacted and valuable use case together with group lead. For the selected use case, lead the end to end process from requirement,market and data availability assessment, to proposal for required resource detail execution, ultermately on data, sights for business segment decision making. -Perform analytics and reporting to marketing and customer-facing teams on innovative and differentiated customer interaction measures that enable the overall AHBU to deliver best-in-class Customer Experience. -Define relevant KPI set in scope collaborating with another Analytics & insight group and with other CX functions. -Support on primary & secondary research, collect data through different channels, analytics and reporting. Analyze integrated external & internal data related to market environment, competitors, customer/ consumer behavior, internal sales performance, digital assets and engagements to generate insights to further improve internal deployment and business performance. -Perform (non-) standard analyses and measurements with customer engagement data and leverages 3rd party data sources, both primary and secondary, striving for a greater understanding of customer needs, expectations and preferences (Voice of Customer, Voice of Employee, Voice of Business) -Data Visualization + Realize the visualization under the guideline from head of Data, analytics and insights and Group lead, communicates these to the target audience if needed + Establish selected automated dashboards, controls and tools to monitor data flows and key performance indicators for data quality in close collaboration with the respective teams. -Business Analysis + Perform analytical work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices procedures, and organization change. + Collaborates with stakeholders at all levels in the conduct of research for strategy studies, business requirements specifications and feasibility studies **Minimum Education/Degree Requirements** -Bachelor Degree **Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)** -Excellent knowledge of the capability in scope of "Analytics and Insights" capability with regards to methods & process, data, insights **Experience:** -3-5 years working experience in a data analyst / Business intelligent / market research type of role, preferably life sciences / animal health.
