Job Description Summary

Location: Dublin, Ohio

Start Date: June 29, 2026

The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.

Participants will work full-time as an employee during the 12-month program and gain hands-on experience within our organization. The program provides exposure to a high-performing environment that operates one of the most efficient and cost-effective networks in the industry. Teams may include, but are not limited to:

Within their role, participants will potentially support the organization in several of the following ways:

Integrate customer analytical views across sales, finance, operations, customer service, etc.Analyze and identify trends and establish opportunities for business impactSupport business objectives and projects by developing and presenting analytical insightsDevelop, analyze and prepare reports to support strategic initiativesCreate dynamic data visualizations to support data driven decision makingUtilize advanced analytical methods to reduce costs or increase revenueCatalog, reconcile, and curate data and analytical processes to enable more effective insight generationMiscellaneous data and analytical requests to support agile business processesOther duties upon request

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates should meet a combination of the following criteria:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in analytical, data science or quantitative degree or a related field, preferredExpected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026, preferredRecommended GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale. PreferredExperience with programming languages and analytical tools, preferred (Alteryx, PowerBI, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau)Previous internship experience, preferredDemonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skillsParticipation in extracurricular activities, community organizations and/or professional associationsMust have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
