We have an immediate opportunity for a talented Data Analytics Automation Engineer to join the RVS Operations Data Reporting and Automation tools development team. The candidate will be responsible for helping shape our digital transformation in addition to developing data automation and reporting tools in support of the overall manufacturing operations for the Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) multi-discipline team. This includes projects to enhance our data architecture and factory performance visualization tools for our manufacturing team such as SPC, Tier meetings data requirements, EAC database, test/yield data, as well as equipment and process health information. They will develop data analysis and reporting tools to transform data into insights that drive business value. The selected candidate should be capable of planning and executing small projects and working closely with Product Line Leaders, Automation integration team, Industrial Engineering team among others to ensure data requirements are defined, project risks/opportunities are managed, and schedules/budgets are met. The selected candidate will as a member of the data team; exercising responsibility and accountability for meeting the technical, financial, and schedule targets of assigned projects. The candidate will develop data-driven tools and automated solutions to actively promote the digital transformation of RVS in alignment the overall RTX vision and expectations. **What You Will Do:** + Be a key member of the data automation and reporting team + Perform as principal developer for critical data systems analysis and reporting projects for Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) operations organization + Maintain on-going dashboard ownership, user support, and accountability for data integrity + Work with appropriate stakeholders to establish project requirements and contribute vision for data and reporting continuous improvement opportunities + Demonstrate collaborative teaming skills and excellent customer/user relationships + Support Operations Yield Engineering/Yield improvement initiatives + Develop automated SPC daemons to collect equipment data, condition, log, and push into EyeLit SPC + Support equipment connectivity/adapters (state/status/OEE including SPC parameters mentioned above) + Support launch of RVS Data Governance Board. + Adopt Thin Films Scheduler tool – maintenance and continue development + Develop Visual Factory Widgets for RVS VF deployments (Tier Accountability boards and work cells – especially Eyelit and I4.0 data sources) + Develop MES discrete event simulation – predictive (look-ahead) WIP queues and cycle completion dates + Crosstrain and mentor team members; help develop team resilience and bench depth **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience. + Experience in data analytics and/or programming language(s). **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Excellent communicator and team-builder with strong leadership and organizational skills. + Experience with reporting capabilities within available tools – Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP Business Warehouse / Analysis for Office, SQL Server, SAP PRISM and CMES, Eyelit, Excel / Visual Basic, Kinaxis and any other relevant tools. + Technical expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Ignition. + Intermediate or better technical skills with general programming languages. E.g. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
