Job ResponsibilitiesPerform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support internal projects and client engagementsIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasetsCreate specifications for reports and analyses based on business requirements and available dataGenerate datasets and reports using IQVIA tools and other data platformsValidate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistencyCleanse, transform, and manipulate data to optimize analytical outcomesConduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across datasetsPerform audits on own work or team outputs to ensure adherence to established standards and proceduresSupport data validation, trend analysis, and inquiry resolution using standalone or enterprise systemsCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goalsSupport continuous improvement in data processes and analytical methods
Required Experience and QualificationBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline)1–3 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare dataStrong knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)Experience working with SQL databases for querying and data extractionHands-on experience in data manipulation, data processing, and data validationUnderstanding of business processes and ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively across teams and functions
