**Job Responsibilities:** + Receives and responds to client data inquiries via remote client access + Under guidance, identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets + Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. + Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights. + Completes quantitative analysis and research to gain more in-depth understanding of trends + Runs standard queries for data extraction + Utilizes various systems/tools to work through issue identification and follow the standard escalation process through resolution + Provides formal and written communications both internally and externally regarding issue status and resolution + Verifies data for accuracy and completeness + May manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses + Perform audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures or to resolve routine issues + May construct additional reports or tools to assist in analysis **Job Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in **Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field(s)** + At least 2 years’ experience with **data analysis** + Experience using M **icrosoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI)** + Basic knowledge of **SQL a plus** , but not required + Requires analytical thinking and effective time management skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings + Ability to present results to customers and manage stakeholders expectations + Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines + Works effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals + Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business + Knowledge of industry and an understanding of the marketplace + Amenable to work on **Night Shift Schedule** + Amenable to work on **Hybrid Set up** (Mckinley, Taguig) IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
