What the Day Will Look Like Our Health Analytics Analysts support U.S. client teams by collecting, cleaning and managing large datasets, performing data analysis and visualization using tools like SQL, PowerBI and Python, and preparing output for both internal and external collaborators. The day also involves handling ongoing client requests, collaborating on ad-hoc projects and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Aon’s analytics offerings while working efficiently and independently. A few critical skills include: + Bachelor’s degree in a technical or finance field (majors such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, data management systems, informatics, finance, actuarial, accounting, economics or engineering are generally preferred ); postgraduate education is a plus. + At least 2 years of experience in actuarial, insurance, consulting or analytical roles. + Strong technical, analytical and project management abilities. + Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and knowledge of PowerBI , SQL, Python or R. + Exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills. + English proficiency , at C1 level.
