The role will focus on transforming large datasets into meaningful insights to support operational, academic, and business decision-making across multiple sites. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making across a multi-location organization, supporting both operational efficiency and strategic growth through accurate reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business-wide reporting Translate business requirements into clear data insights and visual reporting solutions Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort Support data integration and reporting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, reporting) Strong knowledge of DAX Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation Experience with Power Query (ETL and data transformation) Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Pivot, dashboards)

Requirements

3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Data Analyst Strong experience in Power BI, Python, SQL, and reporting tools Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred Must be an immediate joiner Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
