Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HW Test Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets related to hardware testing, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes. Key Responsibilities ● Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to hardware testing, including test results, failure rates, and other relevant metrics. ● Identify trends and patterns in the data, and provide actionable insights to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes. ● Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets to store and analyze data. ● Develop and apply statistical models using techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and survival analysis to ensure data reliability and accuracy, understand relationships between variables, make predictions, and model the probability of failure and reliability over time. ● Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, test engineers, and quality assurance teams, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Skills and Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field. ● 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a hardware testing environment. ● Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL. ● Experience with data visualization tools such as JMP, Tableau, Reliasoft, Power BI, or D3.js. ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Strong communication and collaboration skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. ● Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, including regression, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals. ● Develop and apply statistical models using techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and survival analysis to ensure data reliability and accuracy, understand relationships between variables, make predictions, and model the probability of failure and reliability over time. ● Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field. ● Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques. ● Knowledge of database management systems. ● Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure. ● Certification in data analysis or a related field. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
