Data Analyst - Customer Experience Insights

Kforce is partnering with a major telecommunications provider in Greenwood Village, CO to help expand their Customer Experience Strategy team. We're seeking a Data Analyst III with a passion for storytelling through data, who thrives on uncovering customer insights and driving product and experience improvements. This role will be instrumental in shaping future customer-facing initiatives by analyzing raw feedback from multiple channels (Reddit, App Store, Google Reviews, etc.) and surfacing actionable trends for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Aggregate, analyze, and interpret unstructured customer/employee feedback from various platforms
* Identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product or experience enhancements
* Collaborate with UX and Product teams to inform strategic decisions
* Present insights in clear, visual, and actionable formats using Tableau, Excel, and OpenSearch
* Create recommendation reports and surface data-driven ideas for improvement
* Help develop a forward-thinking analytics process with an eye toward AI and automation tools in the future
