The MSS Transformation global team is a strategic team responsible for delivering end-to-end change initiatives across Markets and Securities Services (MSS) business line. This team leads the implementation of Global Strategic, Regulatory Mandatory Programs, partnering with stakeholders across MSS asset classes, Treasury, Finance, Operations, Compliance and Technology to deliver value through the implementation of high impact change initiatives. MSS Central Transformation tooling team is responsible for the providing all technical and strategic tooling solutions to support a global portfolio of CTB initiatives and a total investment of ≈USD950m.
The MSS Transformation team in India leads the build out of the MSS capabilities in India and partners with global teams to drive best practices and delivery of mission critical initiatives across the MSS portfolio.

Within the Markets and Securities Services (MSS) business line, the MSS Central Transformation Governance and Tooling team is a central team of experienced technical professionals responsible for providing tooling support to the Central Transformation PMO team, multiple large scale regulatory programmes, as well as change programmes relating to business asset classes and operational efficiency. This is a new role acting as a key member of the MSS Central Transformation governance and tooling function. This role will report into the Governance and Data Analytics Manager and will work closely with Central Governance team and all the Global MSS Programme Managers, to support in various tooling, data analysis data visualization
The role requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of all aspects related to change delivery, associated frameworks, management of risk and controls while delivering large, complex (and often) regulatory changes. The role will also include the ongoing development and leadership of programme delivery processes including, amongst others, governance, reporting and financials.
In this role, you will:
The role will work with Central portfolio governance and tooling teams , global MSS Programme Managers, MSS Head of Strategy and Planning as well as the MSS Transformation CoE leadership to support programme and portfolio governance, reporting and control.
The role holder will perform a number of support/administration and analyst tasks to support ensure efficient project execution to agreed delivery timelines within Transformation by:
Work with other IT teams (global and regional), regional transformation team ensuring collation and dissemination of information is effective and efficient through usage of standardized processes and tools.
The role holder needs to perform his/her duties in alignment with the applicable Risk and Compliance frameworks.
