Financial Markets Client Control (FMCC) is a department within Financial Markets (FM) Business Services (part of ING Wholesale Banking). The department consists of a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Amsterdam and two execution locations in ING Hubs Bratislava and Manila that provide services to 30 countries worldwide. FMCC plays a major role in communication and became one of ING’s central contact points for FM Sales, Global Treasury, and Front Office desks.
The aim of these services is to ensure control throughout the client and counterparty life cycle (from on-boarding to exit and all processes in between) for FM, Group Treasury (GT), and ECM/DCM. FMCC works using ING’s One Agile Way Of Working principles.

FMCC’s Management Information, Data, and Tooling (MDT) team consist of self-steering teams and look for an individual with strong attention to detail, communication skills, problem solving ability, client oriented mindset, and someone who is coming up with own improvement’s idea. As a Client Profit & Loss (PnL) support expert:
You maintain contact with Financial Market and Global Treasury Front Office desks (Sales and/or Traders) via email and MS Teams channels and support income booking process for clients actively trading on Financial MarketsYou are the primary contact for the global front office locations, Sales locations, ING Hubs locations, front office system support teams, IT developers, and business managementHold responsibility for correct income booking process and income reporting by maintaining and supporting Saturn and Client PnL application and BI reporting toolsYou cooperate with business and IT stakeholders and keep them informed about the progress of their requestYou participate in FM related projects related to innovations and changes in a very dynamic environmentYou assist Sales, Front Office desks and identify their needs, and detect potential technical and/ or functional issues in income reporting applying the experience and knowledge to diagnose; prioritize, advise, and resolve casesMain roles and responsibilities:
