Do you like the idea of a brand new team where you have the opportunity to influence your future way of working? Are you attracted to the idea of a virtual assistant which is more than just a wrapper on top of somebody else’s large language model technology? We are building a team to develop and deliver Red Hat’s own flavor of large language model to power our product-supporting virtual assistants, and we’re looking for people like you.
Be prepared to work in a highly distributed environment which is somewhat unshaped and very fast paced, adding a bit of startup freshness and agility to our corporate stability. This is a dual role: while wearing a Data Analyst hat, you’ll elevate the fine-tuning and evaluation of our large language models (LLM), and oversee all facets of human data management, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality, diverse, and scalable data collection. At other times, wearing an AI Scientist hat, you’ll use your expertise with generative AI to fine tune and evaluate large language models using Red Hat’s unique knowledge and expertise.
You will be part of a broader ecosystem which gives Red Hat customers and the open source community the ability to be self-sufficient in deploying and operating virtual assistants for Red Hat products. For this, we need highly collaborative and self-driven individuals who seek to have broad impact.
