The Commercial HVAC Data and Analytics team under the Strategy and Transformation Organization is looking for a data analyst who can continue to drive maturity and advancement by turning data into insights. This is an excellent growth opportunity for someone who is extremely analytical and thrives on the challenges inherent in dissecting complex business problems.

Support development and deployment of best-in-class analytics solutions to enable simplified self-service capabilities by sales and functional leadership.Understand business priorities and stakeholder requirements to determine the best solution to meet their needsCreate, improve, and maintain Tableau dashboards using leading and lagging indicators from Financial and Operations metricsShare solutions and critical thinking techniques within organization to enhance knowledge and ability across EnterpriseDevelop data structures required to combine multiple data sets to allow for multi-faceted data exploration and performance dashboards.\u00A0Manage deployment of analytics solutions through standard work development, training sessions, and ongoing support for business teams.\u00A0Operate in an agile fashion to deliver regular \u201Cdemos\u201D to the customerDrive and document analytics standards and best practicesDevelop and present complex, customized presentations of findings to senior leadership and field offices.
