Handles moderately and highly complicated data requests. Makes recommendations to requestor for additional data that may be beneficial to the analysis. The incumbent is responsible for educating new users to the related reporting systems. The incumbent will also consult with experienced users regarding the appropriate use and interpretation of the data and/or development and enhancement of the reporting systems/databases. Other responsibilities include assuming direct responsibility for defined work duties which may include all or some aspects of implementation, testing, auditing, and trouble-shooting new reporting system/software releases. **Designs and operates scalable analytics pipelines and models using structured and unstructured data, applying ML/NLP to deliver automated insights. Partners with AI/ML and technical teams to deploy, monitor, and integrate models into reporting and decision workflows.** **Qualifications** This position requires a Bachelor's degree in related field and at least four years of related database management and reporting experience. The incumbent must possess good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Mayo data analysis and database systems experience is a plus. Familiarity with scorecards, dashboards, medical terminology, ICD-9 and CPT codes and an aptitude in database management is desired. Requires demonstrated proficiency in the use of personal computers, including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications. A working knowledge of Mayo databases is helpful. **Exemption Status** Exempt **Compensation Detail** Compensation range is $61,755.20 - $92,664.00 / salary.
